Each session is unique as they are completely guided by Spirit.
First, we will look at what you want to have help with, and I will ask you questions to find more clarity in what is holding you back.
Then, we will release the blocked energy from around and within your body, from your unconscious mind and from the past.
Through the session you will connect with Spirit, so you can receive the learnings, insights, and wisdom you need to heal.
A Spiritual Mentoring Programme consists of either 3 or 6 Shamanic Coaching and Healing sessions (spaced over a period of time that best suits you- usually one session every 6- 8 weeks).
